All content on Cerebellum, including AI-generated analysis, market summaries, and research tools, is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.
You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and any actions you take based on information from Cerebellum. You acknowledge that investing carries risk, including the possible loss of principal, and that past performance is not indicative of future results.
Users may publish research posts, comments, and other content. User-generated content represents the opinions of its authors and is not investment advice. Cerebellum does not endorse or verify the accuracy of user-generated research. You are responsible for the content you publish and must not post misleading, manipulative, or harmful material.
You may not use Cerebellum to: (a) post content that guarantees returns or promises investment performance, (b) engage in market manipulation or pump-and-dump schemes, (c) spread knowingly false or misleading information, (d) present opinions as guaranteed facts, (e) harass or impersonate other users, or (f) scrape, redistribute, or resell Platform data without authorization.
Premium features are billed as described on the Pricing page. Subscriptions auto-renew and can be canceled at any time. A 7-day money-back guarantee applies to first-time purchases. Founding Investor memberships are one-time payments subject to the terms described at checkout.
Cerebellum owns the Platform, its software, and its proprietary analysis tools. User-generated content remains the property of its authors, who grant Cerebellum a license to display it on the Platform. Third-party data is attributed to its respective sources.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Cerebellum does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or analysis. Market data is end-of-day and may not reflect real-time prices.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cerebellum shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on any information provided through it.
Cerebellum may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct. You may delete your account at any time.
Cerebellum uses AI models that incur computing costs per analysis. To keep the Platform sustainable and fair for all users, AI analysis calls are subject to monthly limits based on your subscription tier: Investor (free) includes 15 calls per month, Cerebellum Pro includes 100 calls per month, and Founding Investor includes 300 calls per month. Cached results (repeated within 12 hours) do not count against your limit. Limits reset on the first of each calendar month. If you reach your limit, you may purchase an AI Calls Booster (25 additional calls for $5) as a one-time add-on; booster credits do not expire. Cerebellum reserves the right to adjust these limits with reasonable notice. Automated scripting, account sharing, or other abuse of the AI features to circumvent limits may result in account suspension.
Cerebellum may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
