Community Guidelines

Last updated: August 2026 · Last reviewed: August 2026

1. Our Community Standards

Cerebellum is a research network for independent investors. We value rigorous analysis, intellectual honesty, and respectful discourse. These guidelines apply to all user-generated content, including research posts, comments, and profiles.

2. Be Respectful

Treat fellow investors with respect. Engage in constructive debate. Do not harass, personally attack, or mock other users for their investment opinions or questions.

3. No Investment Advice

Do not present your research as guaranteed investment advice. Use phrases like "I believe," "my analysis suggests," or "factors to consider" rather than "you should buy" or "this stock will go up." Your research represents your opinion, not a recommendation.

4. Prohibited Content

The following is strictly prohibited and may result in content removal or account suspension: (a) Guaranteed returns or promises of investment performance, (b) Market manipulation, pump-and-dump schemes, or coordinated trading, (c) Knowingly false or misleading information, (d) Presenting opinions as guaranteed facts, (e) Spam, advertising, or promotional content, (f) Harassment, hate speech, or personal attacks, (g) Plagiarism or reposting others' research without attribution.

5. User-Generated Content Disclaimer

All research posts and comments on Cerebellum represent the personal opinions of their authors. They are not investment advice and have not been verified by Cerebellum. Always conduct your own research and consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

6. Reporting Content

If you encounter content that violates these guidelines, use the flag button on the post to report it. Provide a reason for your report. Our moderation team reviews all reports and takes appropriate action, including content removal and account suspension for serious or repeat violations.

7. Enforcement

Violations may result in: (a) content removal, (b) warnings, (c) temporary suspension of posting privileges, or (d) permanent account suspension for serious or repeat offenses. Cerebellum reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.

8. Appeals

If your content is removed or your account is suspended and you believe this was in error, contact us through the Contact page to appeal. We review all appeals fairly.
